Age is just a number when you take care of yourself
This morning at 6:00 AM I went to the practice track at the high school to run intervals. Six quarter mile sprints with a jog lap in between. I have done this type of training in 25 years but it was no problem. I am amazed the just two and a half years ago I weighed 238 lbs, I could even jog a quarter mile. Being consistent with diet and exercise pays off!
