I believe the morning is an excellent time to exercise because it accomplishes two important things for you. First it elevates your mood and energy and with endorphine release. Also, you know you have done what you wanted to do and therefore you are a rock star! Second, morning exercise sets your body into fat burning mode which is crucial if you are trying to lose weight in the form of adipose tissue if you catch my drift. Get out there and just get it done!
