I just caught up on everyone's water tips so my goal this week is to pick up the pace on how much water I am drinking. I am aiming for 36oz a day for this first week. I know that's not a lot but I am going to work my way up.
Welcome to the community! My goal is to loose 15 lbs before my holiday in October, to feel better and healthier in my own skin.
